Creative thought process

I wish I was kidding T_T
The standard procedure of how I feel about my drawings is:
*just finishes drawing* 'hey, this is pretty nice.. I think I've improved a bit' --> 'Oh feck how did I fail to see that mistake? It's so obvious! gah!' --> 'What the hell was I thinking, giving this as a gift to somebody? This is horrible! They must think I'm such an idiot for making this. T_T I'm soorrryyy, it sucks so bad!'

Part of me knows it's really not all that bad and that I'm not entirely horrible at this. But the amount of grief I give myself over my work is pretty bad at times and I quite lack some creative confidence.

Which is why I started doing all those requests actually, in an attempt to gain some confidence and improve in skill.

Anyhow, just a bit of venting!
